Polish Speaking First Response Administrator, Glasgow

Gildeas Solicitors is looking to recruit a Polish speaking First Response Administrator to work with our team in Glasgow city centre. 

Gildeas is a Scottish law firm specialising in personal injury claims and medical negligence, supporting clients throughout Scotland from our offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

This full-time role involves a variety of administrative duties including:

  • Complete E-Sign documents with clients
  • Pursuing completed documentation from clients, 
  • Filing
  • Letter writing 
  • Sorting post
  • Using our case management system
  • Photocopying
  • Maintaining records
  • Liaising with Polish clients 
  • Translating Polish documents

We would prefer if applicants had some administrative experience, but a positive working attitude is essential.

Training will be provided and there are excellent career prospects for the right candidate.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and the successful candidate will be subject to a basic disclosure check.
